Are you a skilled and detail-oriented welder looking for an opportunity to work on high-quality structural projects? We're seeking a Welder/Fabricator to join our team in Holland, MI. In this role, you'll fabricate and weld steel parts according to blueprint specifications, playing an essential part in producing strong, precise, and reliable metal components
What You'll Be Doing
As a Welder/Fabricator, your core responsibilities will include:
- Manufacturing and fabricating finished metal products
- Following blueprints and specifications to ensure accuracy and quality
- Assembling and welding structures and sub-assemblies using MIG welding techniques
In addition, you will also be expected to inspect welds for quality and tolerance, maintain a safe and clean workspace, and collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.

To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Technical training or experience as a structural welder with the ability to join, fabricate, and weld metal tube and pipe
- Ability to interpret blueprints, diagrams, or schematics
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Skills:
- Proficient in MIG welding of thin-gauge and mild steel materials
- Ability to read a tape measure, weld symbols, and welding gauges
- Strong fabrication abilities and understanding of AWS standards
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and commitment to quality work
