Job Summary
Are you experienced with hand tools, CNC machines, and complex assembly work? We’re looking for a dependable and mechanically skilled Window Assembler to join a growing team in Holland, MI. In this role, you’ll build and assemble window products while operating equipment and maintaining high-quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Window Assembler, your core responsibilities will include:
● Window Assembly: Assemble window components according to specifications while maintaining quality and production standards.
● Equipment Operation: Operate CNC machines, saws, and other production equipment safely and efficiently.
● Tool Usage and Measurements: Utilize hand and power tools while accurately reading a tape measure down to 1/32".

In addition, you will also assist with material handling, inspect finished products for quality, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:
● Previous experience with CNC machines and saws required.
● Experience using hand and power tools in a manufacturing or construction environment.
● Ability to accurately read a tape measure down to 1/32".
● Previous construction or complex assembly experience required.
● Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements
● Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift.
● Ability to stand, bend, stoop, twist, and lift throughout the workday.
● Ability to safely use hand and power tools repeatedly throughout the shift.
● Ability to read measurements and complete basic production documentation as needed.
