Preferred Qualifications:
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety and maintaining good housekeeping.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Strong forklift skills
• Proven leadership
• Willing to work along side the rest of the team as well as coaching guiding them along the way.
Preferred Skills:
• Ability to read and write in English
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work as a part of a team
• Bilingual preferred
The Coordinator works along side the team in all endeavors, sorts products, drives forklifts, loads and unloads trucks and runs on the line like everyone else, they also complete paperwork, coach the team, train, and even hire and fire as needed.
This position offered raises in the first 90 days at 30, 60, and 90 days depending on skills and abilities. After your time with Workbox you will be considered for hire-in!
