Shift - Working Team Lead -
$20/hr - Byron Center, MI
Come work for a company that buys and sells new, used, and reconditioned pallets!
Preferred Skills:
●
Supervise and lead a team of 5-6 employees.
●
Operate forklifts to assist with production lines and material organization.
●
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
●
Monitor and manage production lines for continuous operation.
●
Must be able to retrieve and stack product safely using the appropriate equipment
●
Support and ensure shipping and receiving accuracy
●
Oversee inbound material unloading and documentation
●
Act as first-line leadership for the team
●
Communicate material flow and production updates to management.
Preferred Qualifications:
●
Bilingual candidate who speaks fluent English and Spanish fluently
●
Work overtime as required based on business demands, sometimes on short notice
●
Be a dependable team player
●
Have a strong attention to detail
●
Ability to lift between 30-40 lbs for an entire shift
●
Proven forklift operation skills.
This is a leadership role that requires actively working alongside the team to ensure production targets are met, materials are properly sorted, and overseeing a small team for smooth flow of production.
