Entry-Level Accountant – up to $24/hr – Troy, MI

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
- Assist with general ledger entries and month-end closings
- Support internal and external audits as needed
- Process employee expense reports
- Prepare and maintain financial reports
- Communicate with vendors and clients to resolve billing issues
- Assist with special projects and administrative accounting tasks
Skills & Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- 1+ year of experience with QuickBooks required
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or automotive environment is a plus
