is seeking an experienced and proactive
Maintenance Technician
to join our
1st shift
maintenance department. Reporting directly to the Maintenance Lead, this role supports daily maintenance operations, ensuring equipment and facility systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems
- Assist with diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Respond to and repair equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime
- Support the installation, setup, and calibration of new machinery and production lines
- Maintain the facility infrastructure, including lighting, HVAC, plumbing, and general building repairs
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical troubleshooting, PLCs, hydraulics, and pneumatics
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
- Skilled in the use of hand and power tools , as well as diagnostic equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills , attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
