We’re seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee the care, maintenance, and efficient operation of company equipment, machinery, and facilities. This is a hands-on role in a clean, organized environment that values teamwork, safety, and reliability.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Maintenance Manager, your core responsibilities will include:
- Performing preventative and routine maintenance on equipment, machinery, and tools
- Maintaining and repairing building fixtures, including minor plumbing, lighting, and electrical systems (no lawn care required)
- Conducting preventative maintenance and calibration on manufacturing and testing equipment
- Troubleshooting and repairing equipment to maintain safe, efficient operations
- Coordinating corrective and preventative maintenance activities within budget and procedural guidelines
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining maintenance logs and documentation
- Testing, inspecting, and verifying equipment operation following repairs or downtime
- Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Assisting forklift drivers as needed to move materials
- Communicating recurring equipment issues, corrective actions, and quality concerns to the General Manager
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in equipment, machinery, and building maintenance (manufacturing environment preferred)
- Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Experience with injection or insert molding equipment is a strong plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Additional mechanical training, certifications, or apprenticeships preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift 40–50 lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach overhead, and work on your feet for extended periods
- Good visual acuity; must not be color-blind to properly inspect machined parts
