Production Laborer, $16.00/hour - Spring Lake
A growing company specializing in a variety of food-grade blending and packaging processes is seeking a Production Laborer to join their dynamic team! This is a 2nd shift position from 2:00pm-10:30pm (Monday-Friday.) with some overtime required.
Skills:
- Will follow customer-specific batch & work orders.
- Responsible for producing and mixing of food-grade products.
- Will measure out raw materials for batches according to a specific formula.
- Assisting with filling containers, and drums with products.
- Responsible for packing and prepping the products for shipment.
- Responsible for ensuring that workstations are properly cleaned.
Qualifications:
- Ability to do repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs as needed.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills are required.
- GED or High School diploma is required.
- Ability to work in a team-based environment.
